Short Description:

The PZ73X knife gate valve has a gate with a shearing function, which can scrape off the adhesives on the sealing surface and automatically remove debris. The stainless steel gate can prevent sealing leakage caused by corrosion. It is suitable for pipelines with media such as pulp, sewage, coal slurry, and ash slag cement mixtures containing suspended particles and fibrous materials. The gate is tightly pressed against the valve seat by the bottom lug. When higher medium tightness is required, an O-shaped sealing seat can be selected to achieve bidirectional sealing.

Features and use

1、This s1, the series specification, the valve is suitable for sewage treatment, chemical industry, paper pulp industry and mining coal washing industry, the circulation medium for the liquid suspension, slurry and other pipelines to play a cutoff and open the role.

2、Valve adopts one side forced sealing, not only reliable sealing, but also can exclude deposition to achieve the sealing requirements. The valve body can be made of cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and PTFE to meet the different requirements of corrosion and abrasion resistance.

3、This structure is short in length and light in weight. Installation and maintenance are very convenient.

4、Application temperature:-10 ℃-120℃.

5、Nominal pressure(0.25MPa),0.6MPa,1.0MPa.
