Short Description:

The Z941H – 64C electric cast steel gate valve adopts flange connection and is mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in pipelines. The electric flange gate valve is composed of a gate valve body equipped with a multi – turn electric actuator, which makes the valve disc move up and down in a straight line to realize remote control of valve position switching, convenient and fast. The electric gate valve is suitable for a wide range of pressures, temperatures and diameters, especially for medium and large diameter pipelines.

The electric flange gate valve is suitable for remote control of valve position switching, cutting off or connecting pipeline media on the pipelines of various systems in petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power stations with a nominal pressure of PN1.6～16.0MPa and a working temperature of ≤-29℃～500℃.

The wedge – type rigid single gate disc has a simple structure, small size and reliable use. It is suitable for various media and pressure environments at normal and medium temperatures. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, gas, electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, light textile, urban construction and other industries, and is used for opening and closing on pipelines of media such as steam, water and oil.

The flow direction of the medium is generally not limited. The medium can flow through from either side of the gate valve, and the purpose of connection or cut – off can be achieved. It is convenient for installation and suitable for pipelines where the flow direction of the medium may change.
